Service First’s Representative Payee Services
On December 4, 1995, Service First of Northern California was incorporated for providing Representative Payee Services in Modesto for the Social Security Administration of Stanislaus County. These services require financial management for Social Security beneficiaries, with the responsibility focused on assuring that the client has proper housing, food, healthcare, and safety. The main priority is providing the care needed to those that do not necessarily have the means to do so themselves. Service First works with consumers by managing their benefits in a way that it meets their current needs, as well as their future needs. Service First budgets, plans and pays for the consumers’ housing, utilities, food, and clothing. All other remaining funds are distributed on a weekly basis for personal or incidental expenses.
Today, Representative Payee provides services to over 900 clients and manages over $9 million in benefits per year between Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. Service First is committed to providing quality financial services that are honest, accurate and reliable.
